SWEP will be closed for the Christmas, Boxing Day and New Years Day public holidays, as well as Friday, 2 January 2026.
Our portal will be undergoing scheduled maintenance from 5:00 PM on Tuesday, 23 December 2025, until 9:00 AM on Monday, 5 January 2026. During this time you will not be able to submit applications to SWEP but you will be able to log in and view or create draft applications.
Annual completion of this form is required for all consumers accessing the program.

SWEP is pleased to announce Air Liquide Healthcare (ALH) as the successful contractor to supply oxygen to consumers of the Domiciliary Oxygen Program effective from July 1, 2024.
